Started a three day cleanse today…only water a little coffee in the am and juice at meal time. Needed to reset my system! So far so good, not much hunger today.
…to eat out. Makes it easier since I’m broke…
Coffee, little bit of juice and scrambled eggs and set for success at work yogurt, grape-nut fit & soup for lunch….now if only I had worked out this morning…WILL do it tonight!
Not horrible, but not great. Bag of P’s with coffee, cookies from E’s band fundraiser, a few chips, bowl of cheerios for dinner. I was very yucky feeling last night, better this AM.
This morning better, coffee and raisin bran. Got to work out after church…should have done it in the AM.
So started a strength training workout that focuses on the core and let me tell you I am so weak! J says I need to stick with it and I will get stronger…. I know I can’t get weaker 🙂

Baggy full of O’s cereal with coffee
Yogurt with granola
10 piece chicken, fries, and a medium chocolate frosty from Wendy’s
1 Mountain Dew
